Concrete is a durable material. It can withstand heavy loads and harsh weather. However, it still could always use extra protection. That is exactly what sealing your concrete does. It adds an extra layer of protection for your concrete. Otherwise, it would have to handle everything on its own which will eventually damage it. In general, concrete should be resealed every 2-5 years.

Concrete is used for driveways, parking lots, and walkways across our city. So, it makes sense that we need to protect it. Here in Buffalo, the weather can get particularly harsh for concrete with heavy rains, snowstorms, and the rock salt that we use in the winter. So, you may want to reseal it every 2-3 years for maximum protection.
